Beverly, better known as Sugar to her friends, is a life long resident of Lake County. She recently retired from Great Lakes as a contracting officer. She currently works part time as a dealership transportation coordinator. Beverly graduated from North Chicago High School and attended the College of Lake County.

Beverly is committed to her family, community and church. She believes that comes first.

Protecting family is why she is running for re-election. She wants to continue to ensure that our environment is safe for our families. As NSWRD Trustee, she will work to maintain sanitary district costs affordability, particularly for families with limited economic resources. As your trustee, Beverly has always kept the lines of communication open and has informed our community of any potential health hazards.

She will continue work hard and effectively on the NSWRD board for our families.

Outside of her service as NSWRD trustee, Beverly volunteered for A Safe Place, organized and served as CEO of the Sugar Loves Seniors Christmas Dinner, sang with the First Corinthian Missionary Baptist Church and was a soloist with the Thompson Community Singers.
